I was very disappointed with this company. The first time I contacted them they said that my hard drive had been crashed and they would be able to help me recover all of my data. After a few months of trying to get ahold of them I finally got ahold of someone who could actually help me. They said the hard drive was damaged in the crash and couldnt do anything about it because there was no warranty on it. They also said that they didnt have the resources or money to try and fix it so Id have to buy another one from them. In addition their prices are really high for what you receive - I paid 150 for a hard drive that only held 10GB of data

ACE Data Group is a total scam. Im writing this review to warn others about their company datarecovery.net. They offer data recovery services for hard drives and RAID levels but in reality they are nothing more than scammers. The first time I met them they were trying to sell me a service that would cost me an arm and a leg. After telling me that there was no such service and only data recovery companies that could help me recover my files they finally convinced me to give them a chance by offering to do a free trial of their service. Once I signed up for the trial I found out that the service was completely useless- it only worked on Windows 7 or later versions of the operating system. They also claimed that recovering my files would be difficult because they needed access to specific information on my hard drive which was not true at all. If youre thinking of signing up for any of these services fromACE Data Group- dont

I followed the simple guide which was provided and it was Thank you for your help. The hard drive is now working correctly and I can access my old files at home. ImRewarding company datarecovery.net only because my computer happened to work well and I wanted to make sure it would work with my other devices too.
