I absolutely hated my job at company datarista.com It was a really difficult and challenging job and I never received the respect I should have. The person who works here is very easy going but when it comes to making decisions about our site or our service she or he is often unfulfilled. We are constantly needling him or her with questions in order to make them feel good about themselves but it doesnt always work. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two problems with this company in a short amount of time. The first was that I was given a wrong number and I didnt know how to fix it. I spend hours trying to find the right person to help me with my Datarista issue. Finally I came across a review which said If you are going to be customer service like me then use better customer service. Unfortunately Company Datarista does not seem to improve their customer service as this one Reviewer found out.I would not recommend using this company at all.

I just returned from vacation and my computer is still going. Im so sorry to hear about the companys bad reputation. This is it for me now - Datarista.Datarista is a horrible company that has no respect for their customers. Their computers are terrible and I cant get it to work even with the best efforts of myself my partner and their customer service Rep. They are all problems with this company.I would recommend nevermind if you want to use this company again.
