We had a issue with our internet connection and they did nothing but ignore us and tell us to contact their customer service. Do not use this company if you want your data taken away from you.

The only time I have had to take any care in how I am running my business is because of the fact that I use this website for my online presence. If you are going to create an account at this website somewhere else would be better off.

The companys website is terrible. The user reviews are terrible too. Company datasmithnetworks.com doesnt seem to want to help its users and instead wants out of business when you get the bad news about their services being pulled from the market. Its terrible that this company cant offer its users the best possible experience but its also really bad when companies make it difficult for customers to do business with them.
