Do not use this company at all. I went to their website and saw that they offer a Business IT Support services but the pricing was way too high for what I needed. They also did not have what I needed in stock so I had to wait forever for my product to come back. And when it finally came back it was defective.

I am not happy with my recent purchase. I was extremely excited to get a data tech for my office but unfortunately the product is terrible. Its too hot to touch there is no on-screen help and its very difficult to find the needed pins to get things moving. Overall Im not sure what made me change my mind about the product but Im now returning it.

I have had the pleasure of working with this company for a few months now and can say that they are an irresponsible bunch of people who put their trust in a company to do their data teching for them. The first time we did mydata Tech for me it was the worst experience I have ever encountered. The staff were unprofessional and non-existent in leadering up or developing new tools for us to use. It was like they didnt even know what data tech was supposed to do Finally when we were finally done with our work on herdata Techs part company datatechcafe.com provides poor customer service.
