I have had nothing but trouble with company datatechis.com. The customer service was not any different from other companies I have used in the past. I am very sorry to say that our technical support person was just as bad . He did not seem to understand how the site works and what we needed help with. We also gave him many problems that were not solved and made him continue trying until he solve them. Overall this company is terrible at their job and should be banned from the market because they are unprofessional and will never get better.
