I bought a coat in the stumps and it was terrible. The paint was coming out of the seams and all over my floor. I got it replaced and then received a phone call from customer service asking for my name and address because they needed to start the process of refunding my investment. I gave them both but never received their calls back. Im very disappointed in this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had two coatings issues with Davies Imperial and am very disappointed. 1 The paint failure on my house painting business trip to the480yds Tyrrell Road in Hammond IN. My builder took the time to clean up the mess I created but then my coatings failed right as the day was starting to dry. Im not sure what the problem was but I hope that Davies Imperial can find out because I want to do everything in our power to help these customers that we care about. 2 A few days later once the coating has fully dried I take a look at my photo and see that my well-oiled machine has gone haywire All of the paint is missing and there are large areas where nothing is working anymore not even a light could be turned on. Its mind blowing how much work it would take to fix this one issue however she the customers representative went above and beyond in another issueWhich
