DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNHONEST AND WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT THEIR SERVICES. I PURCHASED A NEW 12 MP CAMERA FROM THEM AND THE SLOW OPERATION WAS BECAUSE THERE WAS NO MICROSOFT WORDPRESS CONNECTION IN MY OFFICE. THEN WHEN I REALIZE THAT I NEEDED TO SIGN UP FOR A SUPPORT CABINET THEY SAID THAT THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. NOW IF I WANT TO SEND MESSAGES TO MY FAMILY OR WATCH VIDEOS THROUGH THE WEBVIEWER I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE FIRST AND THEN CALL THEM NUMBERS OUTSIDE OF HOURS. THEY ARE TOTAL SCammers Do not use them at all
