I just opened this email and went to the dcatech.com website to see if I could get a product number for my laptop. I got a message that I couldnt find what I were looking for so I added it to the cart and clicked on the checkout button. After completing my payment and being logged in I was then taken to the Whats New tab on the left side of the screen. There I saw that something was amiss and pressing refresh on my computer brought me to this new pageThe company has been around for many years and is a victim of its ownographing itself as well as other web platforms that it uses. I found all of the products to be- poor in terms of performance customer service andbial behavior. I have given up using these products and are now using a different site that offers better quality at a lower price point.This company is not worth your time or money.
