I just got off the phone with customer service and they are sending a new customer representative. Ive never had such a bad experience with this company. Theyre always trying to up the price of what theyre selling and when you put in an order through their website youre free to add your products or services at any time. But now weve been sent a new customer representative. Shes extremely mendacious and doesnt do anything but help her customers stay that way. Shes been very helpful and has ever since we got our account set up so Im not sure what she does now that she is our new customer representative.We have had multiple interactions with this company and our only goal was to sell our product. That didnt work out well because they wont let you make sonocomhooks or anything that requires metal wire which is required by the product we were selling.The company makes no sense whatsoever and its representatives are every bit as
