DO NOT USE THESE COMPANY they are terrible at support and will not refund your money if there is a problem. their website says that they offer a 30 day no questions asked policy but ive had to call 4 times now and each time its been a waste of my time because the support people wont help me or give me a refund. Avoid these guys at all cost

This company is terrible. I have never had such terrible support from a company in my life. The people running this business are complete idiots and do not understand anything about technology. They keep telling me that my software is not compatible with their system even though it is They also say that I need to buy a specific product to get the support I am entitled to when I already have the same software installed on my other systems This is an absolute joke and I would never recommend them to anyone.

This company is a waste of your time and money. Their support is spotty at best and most times they are unable to provide anything beyond this one level of help. I have used other services here in the past and has been better support been given. Now having said all of this Im sorry to say that company dcsedi.com provides little to no supporting outside of their main business area which is Software Integration Business Support.andrI hope that company dcsedi.com will change how they treat their users due to the high amount of user engagement it has had on their site so far.

I have had the opportunity to use company DCSEDI.com for a little over a year now and am already familiar with all the business features. However I am not confident in their support capabilities. I have had to call them up multiple times because of different issues with my EDI systems and the support offer is very slow service. For a company so commonly known for its other businesses it has me feeling a little like Im being taken in by accident.
