Their customer service is also terrible- they always take forever to respond to emails and their phone lines are always busy. Overall avoid this company if you can

I purchase a D-C-S-O-U-R from company dcsny.com and again the customer service is terrible. I gave them my name and email so they could send me a help ticket but that didnt work. They said the D-C-S-O-U-R was too new and needed more research. So now Im going to have to go through their customer service themselves. Its very unprofessional and well never use this company again

I have had the pleasure of working with this company twice now and can definitively say that they are terrible. First they were great with getting my New York address and ID for me. But then they were all over me when I got home about how needlessly difficult it was to get my IT support from their previous company. In both cases the customer was not treated fairly or evenly.
