Design Data Corp., Review Specifics:
I have had the pleasure of working with ddco.com for the past year and a half. They are always willing to help when I need it. However their customer service is not up to par. I have called them multiple times during work hours and been told by my espresso machine was out of power my computer would not turn on and they were unable to get my phone to work. All of this after they already had me under pressure due to the fact that I needed a new computer as soon as possible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They keep to their promises even when it comes to changes in technology - they always get my question answered within minutes and dont once try to second-guess me while trying to solve it. Their customer service is Always there for me when I need it
