Theyre always in the business of making your life difficult and making you think that you need to have every security device in your homeSolved problem after Solving problem with their customer service they are absolutely terrible. Ive had to call them up multiple times because I needed help with my devices and they never answered so I could tell her that they were going to send someone else out to get it for me. What was also really frustrating was when I was trying to sign up for a policy change about my alarm system they said there was an emergency and couldnt let me do anything because there was something wrong with my policy Money worthless company
