Inc.I would not recommend company decisionpt.com to anyone. I was a customer of this company for less than two months and then I had to cancel my account because they did not meet my needs in terms of service or support. They were very unhelpful and did not seem to care about their customers.

I have had two failures with decisionpoint systems. The first was a computer that we were not able to get back in time to work. They sent someone else to take care of it and the person never got there or came back. I was even given a credit limit that was only for one days use before they termination. The second problem was more than just a computer issue. It was actually a phone issue. I am an engineer and had expected my computer to handle much more than that. It did but the phone issue was so big that it caused meto go to the phone company and ask for a restraining order to protect my phone while I fight this thing off. It also created some other issues with how their customer service function worked which I will get into below...DecisionPoint Systems is absolutely terrible They are always willing to give the customer what they want but unfortunately their services cannot be guaranteed without success. I have had two jobs and I have used decisionpoint systems. My last job I used them for our bookkeeping and I could not be more disappointed with them now. They are supposed to help you with all your needs but now they are just as bad as my last job. You cant even do simple tasks with them like adding money to your account or updating your rosters. Sheer chaos and organization problems with this company
