I have used DeepNet for a few years now and their services are always top-notch. However the recent addition of support contracts has been terrible. First I had to fill out a form for each service order I made - which was very time-consuming and redundant. Second their support is incredibly slow - even with multiple tickets open at the same time. Finally their customer service is unhelpful and not particularly responsive to feedback. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - unless you really need help with your IT strategy

I have had a negative experience withDeepNet.com in the business of DeepNet support services. The company is new and inexperienced and their approach to IT strategy support services was appalling. I spent hours trying to get help from them and no matter how many times I called they never seemed to be able to solve my problem. In the end I just gave up and ended up using another service instead.

I have never had such a bad experience with customer service. They were very non-responsive and said nothing to me. I even sent them a message about how to contact them. Finally they got back to me and said that they would send someone to help me with my problem. But when the person arrived they just said Were sorry we dont offer that service.

DeepNet is a new approach to IT strategy. It supports services. deepnet.com is no longer providing it was just a service and has been becoming more like a true business in the past few years. I have had to watch as my computer is taken care of and formays report on how much storage space they are taking up. They offer this as an offer but it really isnt one. I have been using deepnet for about a year now and have not had any problems with it so far. But if you do need IT support services be aware that DeepNet may be something that they are not able to provide yet again because their team has become restful within their means .

I have had the opportunity to use deepnet.com for a short period of time. I have to say that I was disappointed with the previous IT strategy that I used. This previous strategy was based on making full use of technology and using it to its fullest extent. It was great when there were problems found with the infrastructure but quickly became apparent that this never happened. DeepNet.com takes a fresh approach to IT strategy. They are doing a great job in developing a new approach that is based on support services. This will help reduce the demands on resources and help keep the business as healthy as possible.
