deertech.com is a complete and total scam I did not even bother to register for their managed IT services because I was afraid of what would happen if I ever encountered any potential problems with the software or service. After about a month of using the services I began to experience serious issues with my computer. The first issue was that my antivirus had been hijacked and used to attack deertechs website causing immense damage to my system. Then after months of trying to fix the problem I finally reached out to deertech because they were no help whatsoever - they said there was nothing they could do because my computer must have been infected by some virus In fact Deertech itself admitted on their website that their own antivirus software wasnt doing anything to help me - in fact it was actively attacking my computer Needless to say this company is nothing but a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

The company was founded in 2006 and theyve been successful enough to continue growing their business by providing more features and above average security features. However they dont deserve the bad reviews because they havent met all of the requirements needed to be a good business place - they havent cooked up a real security problem yet. In fact it might be that their customers are just as likely to be unhappy with them as with the company itself.
