The def-logix.com homepage says it offers a free trial but the only thing on the site is a link to an online application that asks for your personal information and credit card number before allowing you to sign up. There is also no mention of any Def-Logix products or services. Do not believe anything this website says

I was this companys customer service person for a while. I nothing but negative feedback to say about them. I also had someone who worked with me at this company and she said that they never take any responsibility for their actions. She also said that they are very easy to work with and dont care about your experience. So if youre looking for a customer service experience like that youll be disappointed. I would avoid this company if you want good customer service.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I did not enjoy it. The customer service was cold andcils never took the time to listen to me and after many of their agitated phone calls they would eventually take care of it. I also had to sit through the whole conversation having to hold my breath in order to hear what the customer service representative was saying. Otherwise you might think that they were helpful. def-logix.com is nothing more than a collection of Negative User Reviews which are given without any due diligence on the part of the reader. These reviews seem to be written by people who dont even have enough intelligence to know how to read an article field. In fact most of these reviews look like something that someone would write because they simply cant stand customer service and want nothing more than just get what they want in life.
