"This Is The Worst Company Ever I"

This is the worst company ever I have never had such terrible customer service. They keep asking me questions that I dont know the answer to and they never seem to get it. When I asked them to stop billing me for software they said of course not were just providing our ERP software. And then when I asked them why my invoices were going up they said oh you didnt specify how much you wanted us to bill for. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have never had such a terrible experience with any software company. The thing that got me was when I tried to purchase their ERP software the website said it would take 1-2 weeks for my order to be processed and then it would be on hold. And then 2 days later I received an email telling me my order was done but there were still some complications. Needless to say Im not going to be using them again - or recommending them to anyone.

The company has since removed their help desk from their website because people are coming to them saying that they dont know how to use it or whats happening in the business. defactosoftware.com is just a means for people to make money and I dont believe that the company wants people trusting their site anymore.
