I just bought a dekalabs account and started using it. So far Ive had to call customer service multiple times because my site is going crazy if Im not Waiting for the results in minutes... nothing. The results are always takes forever. Ive also been getting errors like The page cannot be found. And The site has been shut down. Overall Im very disappointed with dekalabs and my experience at every step of it.

Dekalabs.com is a company that sells software but it does not seem to be in the business of creating digital painters in Valencia. This company makes products that are meant for businesses to use instead of using their own software to use on their own site. I for one did not get the sense that this company was meant to make products that would help businesses but rather just sell these products. I also did not see any of the staff looking like they might potentially know what they are doing when it comes to selling anything. So overall I think this company may be trying to do too much with too little and up-engining their technology doesnt mean better customer service - it just means more work for them.

I was this companys customer service person before. They were good. But now Ive moved away and dont have anything to do with them any more. Youre always down dekalabs.com.co is never up and your customer service is terrible.Dekalabs online is currently one of the worst sites I have worked on. There are so many better companies out there and Dekalab seems to be the only one who wants to be seen as an era old company.
