I just got out of my first deal with delta-ns.com and was really excited to find a site that was so smooth going into it. But Ive been here for months now and the site has not changed one single thing. Not only that but the content is terrible. Its all about making money - not letting people know about whats wrong with their home network and how to fix it. The help section is also quite poor and you cant even find the support form when you look for it. Overall Ive had better experiences with other sites in the business and I wont being using this one anymore.

I have had two problems with delta-ns.com in the past few months. The first was a phone number that I recreationally replaced with a random company name because I didnt like the look of their logo. The new companys logo is totally different and I was notified of the change right away. The second problem was a chat message that I sent using their chat engine. When I received a response I realized that my chat message had been sent to a different customer and not delta-ns.com. I tried to send another message asking for help but they just wanted me to go technical. They refused to help even though I told them what name my chat conversation had beenishops.screenshotdelta-ns.comThe people at delta-ns.com are absolutely terrible
