is not only a terrible company but their service is even worse.I have had the displeasure of working with Denysys.com for over two years now. The entire experience has been frustrating and frustratingly bad. I have never received anything that was not in direct contradiction to what they said it would be. Their customer service is also completely unhelpful and unyielding when it comes to resolving any problems that I have had. If you need help with anything dont bother going to Denysys

I ordered two services from them and the first time they never shipped my order and then when I called to ask why they didnt ship it their customer service agent told me that she couldnt find my order anywhere because it had been cancelled Turns out that one of their services wasnt even authorized so dont bother using them - you wont be any better off.

is not a reliable companyI have had a terrible experience with Denysys.com. The first time I contacted them they were very unhelpful and told me that I needed to get a new computer because their old one was becoming overwhelmed. When I got the new computer it wasnt what I thought it would be. It was extremely slow and didnt have any of the features that I wanted. Then when I tried to use some of the features that werent available on my old computer they wouldnt work. Finally when I went to speak with someone about this issue they were very unhelpful and told me that there was nothing they could do about it because my computer was already out of warranty. In short Denysys is not a reliable company and you should avoid using them if you can.

Denysys.com is a terrible business name and it doesnt even do information technology services I have used their site SEVEN times now and not been impressed. The customer service is bad too- always waiting on me to something I dont know instead of acting like my problem. This company is definitely not worth my time or money.
