Company des3s.com is just a worse than average company in every respect possible. If you want to purchase anything from them use other companies instead.des3s is the worst company I have ever seenOnada Des3s is not even an decent company like these users think. Des3s.com is a business that is known for providing poor customer service. In order to try and find a customer service representative I reached out to them through email and all I received in return was a sense of urgency and how much work there is in the company. I even sent them an image of my resume which showed me experience with home automation in some way related to their product line. However only after sending them an email did they finally respond back that they have representatives who could get back to you as soon as possible. I would not recommend this company at all.
