Graphic DesignersI used to be a customer of this company for years and I always had high praises for their work. However recently Ive had negative experiences with them. First off the staff members who work here are all incredibly unprofessional. Theyre constantly talking on their phones and not paying attention to what theyre doing. Second the quality of their work is often terrible. Some designs that Ive received are so bad that they look like they were made by someone with no design skills whatsoever. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone - especially if youre looking for professional graphic design services.

and Web DesignI have never had such terrible customer service. I went to their website to book my design and they said that there was no need because someone else already did it. Then when I tried to do a search on their website for the same person they told me that the person who did the design for them was gone and that they needed to find someone new. And then when I called them the only thing they could tell me was that my designer had left town and couldnt come back until next week. So instead of getting a great design from somebody who really cared about you and your project youre now stuck with something terrible. Avoid this company if at all possible

CompanyI never had any positive experience working with Design564.com. The first time I contacted them they did not respond to my email within 24 hours. After a few more attempts I called and left a message that was not returned either. The next day I received an automated call from their customer service number which said that my message had been sent to the wrong number and that I should leave a message for them because they were closed for lunch. After leaving another message I called back and someone told me that there was no messages left for them at all and the person who answered the phone must have misunderstood me because they would not give me her name or return my calls. She ended up talking on the phone for about 15 minutes without letting me speak because she could not find my number in their records. In addition when I asked her how long she expected it would take to get a response from their design team she said it would take about 2 business days just

But the content is actually very realistic and the pictures are from reality TV shows. They also sell other products such as courier services and customer service things. But their product is just as bad. The product is terrible and its why this company has been in business for so long but its also why there are so many negative reviews.
