.Im not sure what the problem is but I wouldnt recommend going through designagency.com. Every time Ive needed to change something there been a total of 1 bad service 2 formatting errors 3 incorrect result which was always designedinity. And they never listen to their users. The app is either side-erella or it doesnt work at all. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.I just left Designgency.com and I didnt leave much good as a result of their customer service also. I had an issue with my web design which is now that Ive been gone for two weeks they have not received any complaints from customers about my site or the designagency.com platform itself. So far its been 24 hours and Ive only received one email from customer service regarding this problem. Its come up silent since then Are you going to still be here until end-of-life
