Do not recommend this company. The design firm they use is terrible and their strategy is absolutely terrible. I have never had such poor customer service from a business in my life. There were multiple times when I had to email them back and forth with questions about what they were doing because they just didnt seem to be following through on anything. Save your money and dont go with this company

The sites only focus is negative feedback about companies and makes no attempt to understand what the customer wants or how the customer wants to be treated. Desirm.com is a terrible user review site. The companys goal is to provide good user reviews that promote sales and grow the business. However they often publish negative reviews that are not relevant to their overall mission. For example one review of a bad product features peopleporn videos of people who have been customer service-challenged before. Another review of a bad design feature allows you to change your rating and add it as a different opinion while still another review features personable photos of people working on a design project for the first time. Overall it seems that Desirm.com is designed primarily for the purpose of reducing the number of poor user reviews it can find that will never be used or reported to anyone else because they will be fixated on complaining about how things they dont do work well when in fact they always do work poorly which sometimes even other users know.
