I would not recommend this company to anyone. The dev house is terrible. They dont seem to be able to do anything right and the customer service is absolutely awful. Ive had to call them multiple times because my computer just wont turn on and they cant seem to help me fix it. Save your money and go somewhere else

Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do. Ive had to send multiple emails and phone calls to get my refund for a project that was supposed to be done on time and the person who answered the phone said it would be emailed to me within 24 hours. No such luck.

I just bought a product from Devhouse. I was really impressed with the service I received. However after buying one of their policies I had to find a care agency that would help me. I called them a few times and the representative was impossible to contact. I finally got through to the customer service number but they were busy. After waiting for what felt like an eternity I finally got through to the phone There was a message on the end asking if I had found what looked like a care agency who could help me with my new policy. But even though I asked about her multiple times she couldnt seem to find anything specific that she could help me with. So much for this great experience.

I just moved to Devhouse and am so far- wrong I have never been treated fairly and more importantly not given a reason to leave. My old company had a bad problem with their platform and we were constantly having problems too but not with Devhouse. They would always give you a reason to leave but not with DevHouse. I think they are just trying to get around the fact that theyre not being taken seriously. definately avoid this company
