I was this companys service provider back in the day. Unfortunately things have changed since then. I had a bad user review for company device42.com which is in the business of Device42 Agentless Full-Stack IT Discovery Dependency Mapping The user review says that they were not helped by this company and that they received no help from their support executive. I cannot believe that a company like THIS would be in the business of providing such terrible services.

Ive had the same issue with device42.com for over a year now. Im a customer of theirs for Dependency Mapping and Estimated Playtime. Both were correct but now its not working out. Ive tried different servers different servers of different types different speeds and even changed Notes on the machine. Im lose about whats causing the issue. Ive also tried upgrading my notes to a higher version number. None of this is helping. Please help
