IDP-DevsLaw.com is a company that is known for providing bad customer service. The staff is made up of people who have never worked in the customer service field. They always seem to be able to take advantage of you when you are trying to help you through your problem. However I havent ever seen them be able to solve a problem without taking things on themselves and becoming upset and agitated when they cant solve the issue. In fact a few times Ive had to talk them down from such a challenge. Its really not worth the risk if youre not going to win in the end.

Im not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to me that theyre trying to ruin the lives of potential developers. I have never seen or heard anyone be neutral when it comes to their work. Every review Ive read lately has been negative and I think that if youre looking for a place where people can come talk to you about the benefits of development law while also getting help with whatever their problem is youll find nothing there than what youre looking for.
