I was very disappointed with this company. I ordered a diagnostic software and it never arrived. The tech support guy said that the order had to go through because they were out of stock but the software never arrived. He also said that he would not be able to help me because I am not a customer of theirs icky feeling all around.

The customer service guy was really slow to get through to me and he didnt seem to understand any of my questions. Overall I wasnt happy with the experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.
