I have just returned from my first visit to DGR Systems. I was very disappointed. The company seemed to be in business for its own account and not their customers. The customer service was cold and unprofessional. I had to ask a representative multiple times for the phone number of the head of product who ran the show yet she never gave me a lead. In fact she refused to give me a lead at all Finally after being told that her head of product would be out tomorrow I sent an email asking what happened and received this Communication We apologize for any inconvenience caused as a result of your email having been submitted without our information we hope you will now work with us . Now where should I start With this encounter perhaps started oneolely enough - an interaction which ended with the represented company Ms .
