I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality home Hi thereJust wanted to let you know that weve been extremely pleased with our dealings with DH Tech. Not only do they seem to be really committed to providing excellent customer service - even going so far as to reply promptly when we have some questions - but their prices are also very reasonable. Delivery times have always been quite reasonable too - which is great news given that it can sometimes take quite a while for deliveries particularly if theres a big sale on. All in all couldnt recommend them more

They did not even send me the correct information about my home security system and then claimed that I needed to pay for something that I did not even need. Then when I asked them to uninstall my system they said it would be too expensive and refused to do so. Overall avoid this company if you can

I had to look again to see if this was the same person. The search resulted in nothing specific until I located the article that it was even published. It appeared that this person had been caught on camera giving away information about their products performance without ainseizing that it would be used by someone else completely alone in the future. This is not what we want from our customer service

has terrible customer serviceI was a little apprehensive at first but after we got our hands on some of the products they seem to be pretty credible. However the customer service here is really not bad at all. They always are willing to help and are very helpful. I guess its just that they dont have my best interest in mind.
