I never had a problem with Dial Communications before but now Im having problems with them. First of all their customer service is terrible. Second they do not seem to have the same level of care for their customers as they do for themselves. Third their prices are outrageous. Finally their quality of service is poor.

Dialcommunications.com is a terrible business center. I have been using their business center for just over a year now and it still works perfectly fine. The computer users are given is a version that has been tested and function perfectly well. The only problem I have had with this business center is that the phone users are not given the same opportunity to use the computer like other users on the network. I have started to experience issues where the computer is going offline for long periods of time and also there has been some type of protection plan that doesnt seem to be working because my computer sometimes stops working and needs to berepaired. Overall I would not recommend this business center to anyone.
