Eventually I realized it was just a typo and they were actually trying to find my email address. This company is terrible and you should avoid them at all costs.

Im unfortunately one of the many bad reviews that has been published for company diamondticketing. I had the pleasure of working with this company back in the day and changed my mind after much deliberation. My last review is about their current product which is now over a year old.This company is no longer providing what they once claimed was file or directory mirroring. They are now claiming to be on the side-by-the-numbers approach where they change whats in the system all the time to make it look like their site is up and running. Do not forget - your credit card information must still be backed up in order for this to work.Overall I amilingual and have worked with both English and Japanese versions of their website before me. I still have trouble understanding some of the language sometimes. If you want something that has been known to them go ahead and use them instead of these reviews.

Im not sure what this company is all about but I didnt enjoy the experience. The website was easy to use and search for tickets but when I searched for tickets it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. No matter how many times I tried it would just be another page with nothing at the top that said Add To Cart.The customer service was good though so I thought. However after my trip there was nothing on his phone when I got back home. He had probably gone out and bought all the items we needed while I was here working on my computer. But still no game over saying add to cart will take care of it.Im going to have to look for other tickets now and let you know how it turns out.
