Do not bother with this company if youre looking for a reliable high-quality salesforce government CRM. They only offer certified software and their certification process is laughably slow and unenlightening. Plus the customer service was terrible - they were constantly asking me how much money I was spending on certifications and when I told them I wasnt even sure what they were talking about they argued with me until I finally gave up.

I dont even know where to start. This company is terrible. Ive never had such an unreliable and incompetent team of sales people. They couldnt even get my software up and running right after I bought it so they put me back on hold for hours while they tried to figure out a way to fix the issue. And then when they finally did it was only because I specifically told them not to bother because I didnt want them to do anything extra for me - which meant that their time was wasted and my experience was shitty. Dont bother with this company - youll be happier with someone else.

I have had problems with them in the past and they are just getting worse.Diffeo.com is a terrible company that has been known to make mistakes with their customers software compliance needs. This past year there were at least five different incidents of products being failsafe against kovir Project - in fact one of these cases even happened on the same day. And while the company has been around for many years now they still havent got it all together.
