I have had a terrible experience with Digiryte.com. The first time I used their service they were very slow in responding to my message and never responded to my emails. On the second time I sent them a question about a software program that I was using and never received a response back. Finally on the third time I emailed them and got no response back either Needless to say Im not going to use this company again

I just used this company for a little over a month now and absolutely do not like what Ive seen. The customer service is terrible and always is when I call. They are too busy giving you the run-around. Instead of helping you find your way through their website they just keep telling you where to point your mouse and give you help in vain. Lastly the site itself is simply awful. Its so slow and looks obviously made with outdated design principles.I hope that some of the reviews that have come after my review make sense. Digiryte is an excellent software consultancy and I have completely enjoyed having access to their valuable knowledge insights Unfortunately this one study after another really isnt good enough when it comes to working with these companies.

I just had the pleasure of dealing with this company for a number of years. They have always been willing to help me get the best software for my needs and also been very willing to hear what I wanted and were able to deliver what I needed quickly. But recently digiryte.com has become something of a negative shining star in my life. I have never had such a feeling of betrayal and customer service issues since. Its as if they take pride in being less than par and maybe because they are known etc but its really not good enough.Digiryte is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Poor customer service bad attitude no effort - everything about them feels like a final product of their design sense rather than the result of their own careful thought process.
