I have never seen such a lack of customer service in my life. They were very slow in getting my account set up and now theyre telling me to go to their website and do it myself. Trying to do it the way that they said would be the only way to was going to take hours even if I did some research. In fact I might just leave right now and not back to them again for as long as this is going on.
