Digital Genius Inc, Review Specifics:
is a company that seems to be all about making your customer service skills top notch. I am not a fan of their customer service. It is always difficult to get my should do list done in time for my due date and sometimes they are either unable or unwilling to listen to other parts of the process. Overall I have had negative experiences with this company and would not recommend it to anyone else.DigitalGenius has terrible customer service. First they wont let you do anything without prior consent so be sure what youre doing is right and no more than necessary. Then if you still cant get it done they offer nothing but patience and good will in return. However I have had terrible experience with this company so far and its really isnt getting the work done quickly is poor quality services I Bruised My Foot Get Over Your PerfectionismI dont think I could ever require perfect service from someone who was looking like this
