Digital Homelifestyles is garbage. Ive been a customer for years and have never had anything good to say about them. The security video monitoring services are especially terrible - they keep disconnecting me during the middle of the night and its always just not working right. Save your money and go somewhere else

We have had terrible experiences with this company. First they did not send the correct equipment to our home- they sent a different kind of camera than what we were expecting. Then when we tried to use it the video quality was terrible- it wasnt even close to good. We would not recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this company They are the worst. You may be thinking that I am being harsh but this is simply true. The security cameras they offer are terrible and will likely not work in your area because of the bad quality of their video recordings. Also their customer service is very poor and unhelpful.

I am writing this review to begin a conversation about the company digitalhomelifestyles.com which I believe is just one of many that are security video surveillance solutions supplied by the Gilbert Police Department.This company is nothing more than a set up of cameras and software to watch your home or office for movement or activity. I have had the opportunity to use this company before and there was never anything strange or unsafe involved. In fact some of my customers were so happy with their new cameras that I decided to keep them on hand until they could be replaced completely.The only thing I could find wrong with this company is that when I sent an email query about my account it said that there were no changes being made to the account and that my password was still good. When I got back into my account after being gone for a few days they changed the password and then said there would be no change in function or behavior from now on. Thank you for your time

I sent in my ad and got hit with-The ad quality is terrible they should use a digital camera for security The customer service is terrible they are unprofessional and dont seem to understand that people are more likely to visit their site if they see that its about security video surveillance than anything else.I would not recommend this business to anyone.
