I have had the opportunity to use digitalinsights.com.mx for a few years now and have been very happy with their services. However I believe that the companys current business model is bad.First they offer a 5-year trial period and then it asks you to provide them with your name address and phone number. They then can schedule an appointment with you to take a look at your website or product.If you dont have any problems with their service they are always willing to help. However my belief is that this business model should be something different from what is available here.So far I am not impressed and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just left Digital Insights. I thought they were great until they started changing their algorithms to prefer certain types of websites over others. Then all of a sudden their website traffic went down by 50. Ive been using digitalinsights.com for many years and never had anything like this happen to me. Hopefully the company can be held liable.
