"I Am Not Sure What The Companys Mission Is But"

I am not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to me that they should be able to provide a better experience for customers. I have been using digitalmettle.com for years now and have never had any problems. The customer service is excellent but this time I had a problem with myelectricity bill. I contacted them and was told that I would get a call back within minutes from their care policy department about the situation. They did not In fact they took so long that I actually stopped taking electricity money - instead I used my phone to fix our home entertainment center we bought over at the grocery store...the one with the CONTROLLED ELECTRICITY It really wasnt too bad--but then again neither of those things happened until after i had received my negative energy billDigitalMettleCom5 worth of506 6000enses wereactivity on this site in the past month
