I have been a customer of digitalpax for about 2 years now. I have always had great experiences with them and their products. They are always quick to respond to any questions I have and they always go out of their way to help me solve any problems that I may have. Their prices are really reasonable too which is another plus. Overall I would definitely recommend digitalpax to anyone looking for a good online store that does a great job

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY MISFUNCTIONAL AND DO NOT WORK CORRECTLY. I PURCHASED MY FIRST GOOD DEVICE FROM THEM AND THE SECOND TIME I PUT IN A NEW CARD THEY SAY IT WAS TOO LATE BUT WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY SAID IT HAD BEEN ON BACKorder FOR MONTHS AND THAT I COULDNT RECEIVE MY ORDER UNTIL NEXT WEEK. THEN WHEN I CONTACTED CANADA EXPRESS THEY SAY THE SAME THING TO ME. IF YOU WANT YOUR DIGITALPAX PRODUCT TO WORK RIGHT DONT USE THESE PEOPLE.

DigitalPax is a terrible company. I have never had such negative experiences with any online service before. The website was very unpolished and took forever to load the customer service was incredibly unhelpful and the whole experience was really unpleasant. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

servicesI have had digitalpax service for about 4 weeks and I have to say that it is a waste of your time and money. They are never able to figure out how to get closer to the customer which makes it very difficult to serve them with any real impact. All they ever seem to do is contact me through email and dont even try to contact me by phone. Ive had to call them up several times in the past week and they still havent gotten close enough. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

This company is nothing more than a front for a organized crime group that wants you to go through them so they can make their money. They will not take no for an answer and as a result I have had to get creative with my payments which now requires costly andish procedures which I do at my own risk.We are extremely sorry to hear that DigitalPax is in any way regretful about their recent services.
