Digital Pharos is a terrible company. They are always in the business of selling technology and development services which means they dont have a clue about customer service. I sent my husband to get my computer fixed and then when he came back he found out that his computer was going to be knocked out for 800. He has never been contacted by anyone at Digital Pharos until now. Im not going to go through the whole phone call with him because its so uncomfortable and frustrating. If you are going to do business with this company make sure its with someone who knows more about customer service and actually cares about their customers.
