TransactionsI am sure that many of you have been using the Digital Scepter Transactions software to track and track your digital services. It has been great to see a few short months of progress since then. However today is not another good day for tracking digital services. The companys customer service representative came down to the office and told me that they have been working on a new software program that will be released in about 2 weeks which is our DST and it is going to be better than what we are currently using. I guess you could say the companys view was that it was but I dont feel any improvement in how my transactions are tracking. I really dont think this will be a problem for long. I hope it isnt because I just want to return the software and get a full refund.This user feels that the software is bad because they have had no results in how their transactions are tracking so they returned the product and got a full refund.
