I was this companys customer for a while. They were always quick to respond to my questions and provide the best possible care for my data. However recent changes have made their service less reliable. I have since moved away from their area and am now using other providers. I believe that they are no longer reputable or certified by Digitus Biometrics Data Center Access Control. I have contacted them numerous times about this issue but they have not been responsive. Only recently has their customer representative offered a 50 credit towards another provider. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
