I diligex.com received Diligex Managed IT Services Support Cloud Solutions from New York. I am not impressed. The companys customer service is good but this experience did not go well. The phone call that they sent me were immediate and helpful but then again this is the first time I have had to contact them for something like this. They do seem to be doing their best in a world of theirs but there are times when the communication is inadequate. Overall I would not recommend Diligx to anyone.
