ShoppingDirectec.com is a scam. The salesperson told me that I could purchase items from them and then use those items to create a home theater system in my home. They never gave me any information about what the system would be or how I would actually use it. When I asked for pictures of the system they sent me only images of people having their systems installed in their homes. This company is nothing more than a scam.

Directec.com is a company that is in the business of selling home improvement products. They have a variety of products to choose from and their prices are very reasonable. However I had a terrible experience with them. The first thing that I noticed was that their customer service was absolutely terrible. They did not seem to care about their customers whatsoever and they were very RUDE about it. Second their inventory was extremely limited so you were constantly running out of product. Finally the quality of their products was incredibly poor. Many of the products I bought did not work at all and there were also many pieces that came apart after just one use. Overall this company is nothing but an absolute nightmare - do not bother buying anything from them

Ive never seen anything wrong with their software - only poor design and inadequate customer service. I still use their software from time to time but I would recommend avoiding this company if you want to protect your investment.
