I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I really didnt get what they were trying to do. They were trying to help people with questions about Microsoft products but all of their pleadings and begging looked like it was coming out of someones mouth not from the product itself. I also found it curious that they would send out emails almost every day asking customers to go to their website and find the answer to a question their computer had never even thought of. I dont know how you can be mad at Microsoft when they do something like thatIm not sure what bad review youre reviewing actually is. Maybe some people are disappointed in how Microsoft is going about its doing things Maybe the company is simply doing its thing and making informed decisions Maybe theres more going on than just giving users easy access to the end user instructions
