Our emails went unanswered for over a week and we never received any response to our questions about what was going on. We also had to contact customer service multiple times because they could not get us help from the company itself. Overall we would not recommend this company to anyone.

The first time we tried to use their services they gave us false information about what our computer needed and then charged us for it even though we already had a new one Then when we asked them to update our computer software they said it would be too expensive and refused to do anything else until we paid them back. Overall avoid this business if you can

At first I thought this was a personal insult but then I realized that it was just the start of their attitude. They are always looking for ways to put themselves in a better position to give them away. Therefore if you are ever feeling lost or need help with whatever it is youre doing in life take him or her to place and let them know that they can call you because they will likely never get what they want.
