Ive had a bad experience with Distrikt.ro in the business of Home - Digital Distrikt Agency. I was contacted by them about working on a project for them and after meeting and talking with them I felt like they were going to be a great company to work with. However when it came time for me to start the project they completely didnt follow through with anything. They never sent me any documentation or information about what they wanted me to do and there was never any communication between us throughout the entire process. In the end I ended up having to go out and find someone else to work on my project because their incompetence just wasnt worth my time and money.

I just had a conversation with an employee of this company who is now ready to leave the company for all we know. We had worked together in a previous job and I knew that he was stilliott trying to learn and learn from me. But it was just too hard. The guy was asking so much for work that it was difficult to give him what he wanted. He would ask for things like changes in our working method or even layoffs which we were not able to handle without causing immense chaos and completely gutting the business. However this individual never took ownership of what I had done or how I had functioned in the past job. distrikt.ro is a terrible organization where you can tell everyone how much they suck and they take it upon themselves to teach others what they should avoid doing. Its unfortunate because I think there are better opportunities out there for people like these but its also88 hard work and I doubt if any of them will be
