In addition the company does not take responsibility for their actions and will give you a discount if you cant fix the problem. CorporationI just bought a brand new Dpoller and it was Divergys that provided it to me. They are now known as Divergys Corporation. If you dont have any experience with this company you may be thinking that you need to use their customer service line to get help. But if you do have experience with this company you will know that they are terrible at customer service. The chatbot they sent me to call them customer service was a disaster because they didnt understand what I needed and it went on for hours and hour. Finally I sent them away and got my money back.The worst part about this company is that they provide a good product but then turn around and prey on the group of people who have previous experiences with them. Make sure you against using their customer service line if you want to succeed in this industry.
